Event Overview
The Run-to-Read event is part of the Trinity River Book Festival and takes place in September, supporting literacy programs and celebrating National Literacy Month. The event promotes health and fitness and is aimed at individuals, families, clubs, and social groups.

The run takes place at Trinity Park Pavilion #1, located at 2201 West 7th Street in Fort Worth, Texas. Race day registration is available at the venue.
Schedule and Logistics
A stretching session is offered before the races. Registration for the event opens on race day at the site. Packet pickup is available on the days leading up to the event at The Dock Bookshop in Fort Worth and on race day at Trinity Park.
Results and Awards
Results for the 5K will be chip-timed. Awards will be given for the overall master male and female finishers, as well as for various age groups. Team awards are also presented for the largest and fastest teams.
