Run Through the Pines - Lake Gregory, Crestline, CA
Run Through the Pines is a destination community running event held at Lake Gregory in Crestline. The 47th edition takes place on August 8, 2026. The event uses an open, semi-paved course that loops around the lake and passes through a pine tree forest at approximately 4,720 foot elevation. Race day staging is at the San Moritz Lodge Meadow area near the Lake Gregory Company bait and tackle shop.

The event includes expanded five-year age divisions with awards three deep, finisher medals for 2026, and RFID chip timing. Additional on-site features listed for race day include added restrooms and port-a-potties, water stations, a music DJ, and free parking provided by the Lake Gregory Company. Registration fees vary by date: $40 from February 1 through April 30, 2026; $50 from May 1 through August 8, 2026; and $60 for same-day registration. Pre-ordered 2026 event T-shirts are available for $20 and are not included in the registration fee.
