Run Thorpe Park 5k & 10k
The Run Thorpe Park event takes place within the grounds of the Thorpe Park Resort in Chertsey. This closed-course race allows participants to run past various rides and rollercoasters before the theme park opens to the general public. The course consists of smooth, fully marked paths that weave through the resort's attractions.
Participants can choose between two race distances:
- 5 km - 1 lap
- 10 km - 2 laps
The route features kilometre markers and distance flags to help runners track their progress. Marshals are positioned along the course to provide guidance and support throughout the morning. The event includes an event village with food and drink options, as well as post-race items provided by partners.
Every registration provides full-day access to Thorpe Park Resort following the conclusion of the race. The event uses chip timing to provide results for all participants. Included in the entry are a themed medal, free professional race photos, and post-race refreshments. Technical event t-shirts featuring the race logo are available for purchase during the registration process.
