Run the Vineyards - Priam Vineyards 5K
The Run the Vineyards - Priam Vineyards 5K takes place on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Priam Vineyards in Colchester, Connecticut. The event features a scenic 5K course that passes through the vineyard's 40 acre estate and some neighboring roads.
The race is chip timed and provides instant results. Awards are given to top overall and age group male and female finishers. Organizers request a one hour time limit for completing the 5K. All ages and walkers are welcome; youth entries receive a discounted registration rate but do not receive the wine glass or wine ticket included with adult registration.
A post race party is held on the winery grounds and includes live music, award winning wines, and a food truck. Participants receive a tech tee and a souvenir stemless wine glass plus a complimentary glass of wine. Souvenir finisher medals are available for an extra fee during registration or on race day. The event includes free photos and parking. The charity partner for the race is the Headstrong Foundation. Spectators are welcome and volunteers are requested for race support.
