Spring "Run the Seasons" Cowdray takes place on Saturday 11 April 2026 on the Cowdray Estate, West Sussex. The event is organised by Cowdray and Raw Running Ltd and offers multiple trail running distances, including a kids option.

Course and environment
The course uses trails across Cowdray Estate and parts of Ambersham and Heyshott Commons. Ambersham and Heyshott Commons are designated Sites of Special Scientific Interest and a Grade 2 Nature Conservation site, mainly heathland. The route includes a mix of firm, wet and sandy trails. Only the 10 mile and 10km routes explore Ambersham and Heyshott Commons.
Categories, entries and logistics
Entry fees listed include: 5km £19.50, 5km CaniRun £21.50, 10km £25.50, 10km CaniRun £27.50, 10 mile £28.50, 10 mile CaniRun £30.50, Kids 3km (6-11yrs) £10 and Junior (12-15yrs) £15. A 10% discount applies when entering all three Junior or Kids races on the same order. There is a 10km series scored by points with the top three results counting toward series positions; series prizes are provided by Cowdray Farm Shop & Café. Race HQ and parking are at Cowdray Farm Shop & Café, Midhurst GU29 0AJ. Route maps are provided via OS Maps and Strava.
