Run the Santee takes place at Lake Santee Property Owners Association in Greensburg, Indiana on 04/03/2027. The event includes running and family walking options around the lake shoreline.

Participants follow a course that winds along the shoreline and through lakeside scenery. The 5K provides a shorter lakeside route while the 10K continues farther along the same scenic corridor. Aid stations are available along the route and volunteers support participants on race day.
Proceeds from the event support the Hospital Foundation of Decatur County and Lakeview Wellness. The Hospital Foundation’s work focuses on promoting health and wellness in the local community. Lakeview Wellness is described as a nonprofit focused on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, with attention to needs of individuals with disabilities and plans to revitalize the Lake Santee marina property for improved accessibility and community use.
