Run the Santee: 5K & 10K : event overview
The Run the Santee: 5K & 10K takes place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Lake Santee Property Owners Association, 13 SW Wrenn Pkwy, Greensburg, IN 47240. The event includes multiple run and walk options around Lake Santee. The course follows shoreline roads and paths and includes aid stations and on-course volunteers.

Entry fees and registration
Entry fees listed for the events are: $35 for the 5K Run, $50 for the 10K Run, $25 for the Family 5K Walk, and $35 for the Family 10K Walk. Prices for the run events increase after February 27, 2026. Registration for the family walk events closes on the race date.
Charity, awards and post-race
Proceeds will support the Hospital Foundation of Decatur County and Lakeview Wellness. Lakeview Wellness is described as a nonprofit focused on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and on addressing needs of individuals with disabilities. A portion of proceeds will support revitalizing the Lake Santee marina property. Age group awards for the 5K and 10K runs are: 15 & under, 16-30, 31-50, and 51 & over.
