Four on the Fourth - Batesville
Four on the Fourth is a community running and walking event held on July 4, 2026 at Liberty Park in Batesville, Indiana. The event offers a mostly flat asphalt course that uses Batesville Parks' paved trail system and is suitable for both runners and walkers.
The course begins and ends at Liberty Park, passes through The Plex and Bill Gillespie Soccer Park toward the YMCA, returns by Liberty Park, continues through Brum Woods, and finishes at Liberty Park. The route follows paved trails and park paths.

Registration opens July 8, 2025 and closes June 17, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00 for each event. Organizers will hold a 50/50 split-the-pot raffle with proceeds benefiting Every Sole Counts, a newly created organization whose mission is to empower athletes with special needs by providing access to high-quality running gear tailored to individual needs.
