MammothMarch Indiana 2027
MammothMarch Indiana is a single-day hiking event held on Saturday, June 19, 2027, at Versailles State Park. The route is a single-circuit loop covering 20 miles on scenic trails inside the park with a total elevation gain of around 1,200 ft. The surface is mainly unpaved hiking trails, bridle and dirt trails, gravel roads, and forest floor.
Aid and refreshment stations are positioned approximately every 5-7 miles and provide toilets, food, and drinks. Available refreshments vary by station and can include water, energy drinks, electrolytes, fruits, cereal or protein bars, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. There is complimentary parking on site.
All participants who complete the distance receive a finisher medal and a personalized certificate. Participants who do not finish will receive a certificate noting the mileage covered. A wall of fame recognizes finishers. MammothMarch Hiking Passes will be available for new participants, and returning participants should bring their pass to collect 2027 stamps.
The final route map will be made available about two weeks before the event. Merchandise related to the Indiana event is offered through an event store with items available for pick up on event day, while the official online shop ships ordered items.
