The Fifth Annual Run the Runway 5K - AGS is scheduled for March 14, 2026, in Augusta, GA. The event takes place on the Augusta Regional Airport runway and at New Savannah Bluff Lock and Dam Park, 2116 Lock & Dam Rd, Augusta, GA 30906. The event benefits America's Warrior Partnership. Logistics and race details
Packet pickup is at Fleet Feet Augusta, 229 Furys Ferry Rd, Augusta, GA, on Friday, March 13 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM; there will be no day-of-race packet pickup. Early registration fees are listed as $30 for the 5K, $25 for ages 8-12, and $12 for age 7 and under. Prices increase after February 1, 2026, and registration by March 1, 2026, is required to guarantee a race t-shirt; children 7 and under who participate in the fun run will receive a t-shirt. The course surface is primarily concrete with some gravel and dirt. Overflow parking and golf cart shuttles will be available. Vendors will provide water, fruit, and giveaways. Only service animals are allowed. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted. There is no rain day alternate. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and top three male and female finishers in age groups 8-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and up.
