Distances

The courses run on grass and trail surfaces through the rolling hills and countryside of Giles County. The 5K combines a 1.32 mile out-and-back section with a 1.78 mile loop. The Kids 1 Mile is an out-and-back. The 10K repeats the 5K course with a separate turnaround loop away from the finish. Courses are not certified but were measured with a distance wheel. Timing is gun time only; there is no chip timing. Strollers are not recommended for the 10K and 5K because of the terrain.
Awards include overall male and female awards plus free entry to next year for those winners, age group medals for the top three in standard age brackets, and competitor medals for all kids. Overall awards are handcrafted by a local blacksmith; age group and kids medals are wooden with laser etched emblems. Shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by April 8, 2027. Parking is available via the church driveway at the event address and will be signed. Proceeds support the Campbellsville Area Association. Races will be held rain or shine but officials may cancel or postpone for adverse weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
