Run The Rolling Hills Trail Race - Campbellsville, Tennessee
The event is the 15th annual Run The Rolling Hills trail race held in Campbellsville, Tennessee on April 24, 2027. The starting line is beside the Campbellsville United Methodist Church pavilion at 10601 Campbellsville Road (HWY 166), Pulaski, TN 38478.
Distances offered:
- 10K
- 5K
- Kids 1 Mile Run
Courses run on grass and trail through the rolling hills and countryside of Giles County. The 5K combines a 1.32 mile out-and-back section with a 1.78 mile loop. The Kids 1 Mile is an out-and-back. The 10K repeats the 5K route with an additional turnaround loop separate from the finish. Courses are non certified but were measured with a distance wheel. Races are gun time only and do not use chip timing. Strollers are not recommended on the 10K/5K because of the terrain.
Awards include overall male and female awards with free entry into next year’s trail race, and medals for the top three males and females in age groups 0-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. All children in the Kids 1 Mile receive competitor medals; overall boy and girl receive awards. Overall awards are handcrafted by a local blacksmith; age-group and kids medals are wooden with laser-etched emblems.
Costs and deadlines are set for pre-registration and regular registration, and shirts are guaranteed only to those registered by April 8, 2027. Proceeds benefit the Campbellsville Area Association. Parking is available via the church driveway and parking signs will be posted. The races are scheduled rain or shine, with organizers reserving the right to cancel or postpone for adverse weather.
