About the race
The SCLA Run the Ravine 5K is held in West St. Paul, Minnesota, on the St. Croix Lutheran Academy campus. The route begins and ends at SCLA and winds through Thompson and Kaposia Parks via Simon's Ravine on a fully paved trail that passes through wooded parkland. Dogs on leashes are permitted on the course.

The 5K awards medals to top male and female finishers in multiple age divisions, from 12 and under through 50 and older. The kids fun run awards medals to top boy and girl finishers, and commemorative ribbons are provided for all child participants. All participants receive a commemorative T shirt and a car sticker, with a note that T shirts may not be guaranteed for same day registrants.
Registration accepts individual and group entries, and there are options to register as Sideline Supporter or as a Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsor. Sponsorship levels include recognition such as signage and program or website listing. Proceeds support the SCLA Activities Department.
