Run the Race 5K - Danbury
The Run the Race 5K is an athletic event held at Rogers Park in Danbury, Connecticut. Organized by Athletes of Christ, the race serves as a fundraiser to support youth scholarships for soccer and basketball programs. The event follows a standard 5 km distance starting within the park grounds.
Participants who register early receive a lower entry fee compared to those who register on the day of the event. The first 100 runners to sign up are provided with an event T-shirt. Following the completion of the race, refreshments are provided for participants, including water, fruit, and items served by Elmer's Diner.
