Run the Quay - Fuquay-Varina, NC
Run the Quay is an annual community road race produced by the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce staff and a volunteer committee. The event serves as the Chamber’s largest annual fundraiser and contributes a portion of proceeds to a selected local charity partner each year. Live events take place in downtown Fuquay-Varina with advance packet pickup at Fuquay-Varina Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall grounds and race-day check-in available for those who did not pick up in advance.

- Virtual 5K and 10K options (virtual window May 29 to June 18)
- WakeMed Children’s Twinkle Dash 50-yard and 100-yard runs
The children’s Twinkle Dash is presented by WakeMed and sponsored by AOK Training; entry is listed at $10 per child with proceeds benefitting WakeMed Children’s. Sponsors for the event include CDT Automotive.
Registration pricing is tiered with an early-bird price in early January, set fees through May, and increased fees in May and early June. Registration for all races, including virtual, closes on June 5 and there is no race-day registration. Tentative deadlines for finisher medals and race shirts apply; finisher medals for the 15 Quay Challenge are awarded only to live participants.
