Run the Course 5K
Run the Course 5K is a fun run and walk held at Deer Park Golf Club in Oglesby, Illinois. The course runs across the maintained grounds of the golf course and is mostly flat with a few rolling hills. Participants receive a complimentary post-race drink in the clubhouse and water is available before and after the event.
Shirts are included while supplies last, with availability noted through October 23. Age bracket awards are offered. Participants aged 21 and older are eligible for one complimentary draft beer after the event. Proceeds from the event will benefit Illinois Valley PADS.
Registration opens on August 10 and closes on October 17, with entry fees set at $25 for Deer Park members and $35 for non-members; prices increase on October 17. Packet pickup is available at Deer Park Golf Club on the day before the event and on the event day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
