Run the Course 5k - Oglesby, IL
The Run the Course 5k takes place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Deer Park Golf Club, 100 Deer Park Lane, Oglesby, IL 61348. The route runs across the golf course and is mostly flat with a few rolling hills. Water is available before and after the race. Participants receive a complimentary post-race drink in the clubhouse; those 21 and older receive one complimentary draft beer. Proceeds from the event benefit the local animal shelters IVAR and Pet Projects. Shirts are not guaranteed and are included only if availability permits. Age-bracket awards are offered for male and female categories.
