Run the Bronx - event overview
The 48th annual Run the Bronx takes place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Bronx Community College, 2155 University Ave, Bronx, NY 10453. The event is scheduled to run rain or shine. Packet pick-up is held the week before. The college campus provides free parking and baggage check-in.

Registration, fees and participant rules
Early registration is $30 and ends April 25, 2026. After April 25, the fee is $50. The virtual event has a registration fee of $50 and its registration closes May 1, 2026. Pee Wee Pavilion registration is free; its registration closes April 30, 2026. CUNY students with valid ID and students in grades 1-12 are free if pre-entry form and payment are received by April 25, 2026. Registration fees are non-refundable. Note that the 2-Mile Walk price increases after April 25, 2026.
Awards and participant items
All participants receive a finisher medal and a T-shirt. The 10K and 5K award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies for overall male and female finishers, and 1st-3rd place trophies in the following age categories for male and female: 14 and under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and up.
