The Inflatable 5K in Glasgow is an inflatable obstacle course event at Strathclyde Country Park on Saturday 29 August 2026. Entrants can choose from multiple lap distances and navigate a course made up of large inflatable obstacles.
The base lap is 2.5 km and the event offers the following distance options:

- 15 km : six laps, 90 obstacles
The 5 km course includes 30 obstacles after the addition of three new inflatables. The route features five music zones, a midway water station, finishers medals, a goodie bag and a post run drink. The event is presented as non timed and focuses on completing laps rather than official timing.
