Event overview
The Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course is scheduled for Saturday 29th August 2026 at Strathclyde Country Park, Hamilton Rd, Motherwell, Glasgow, Lanarkshire ML1 3ED. The course is made up of a 2.5 km lap with inflatable obstacles and music zones. Three new obstacles have been added for this edition, and there are multiple pumping music zones around the course.
Race details and logistics
- 2.5 km - 1 lap, 15 obstacles.
- 5 km - 2 laps, 30 obstacles.
- 10 km - 4 laps, 60 obstacles.
- 15 km - 6 laps, 90 obstacles.
Adult entry is for those aged 16 and over. Child entry is for ages 5 to 15; children must be accompanied by paying participating adults at a ratio of up to 3 children per adult. Parking at the venue is charged at £5 per car. Bag drop is available at £3 per bag; bags must be gym-duffle size or smaller and will be searched. Dogs are not permitted. Toilets are provided on site. Water is available at a station midway along the route. Food and drink vendors will be on site. Recommended kit includes sensible running shoes, a long sleeve top and a rain jacket if wet weather is expected; sharp jewellery or sharp objects are not permitted.
