Glasgow FrontRunners OUTrun 2026
OUTrun is a measured and insured 5-mile race held around Kelvingrove Park in Glasgow. The event takes place on 22 August 2026 with registration at the park bandstand. The organiser lists a total of 499 places and the event status is open.
Entries cost £20 with an option to add a charity donation. Online entries are accepted up to 20 August 2026 at 23:59, and entrants who register by 7 August 2026 at 23:59 are guaranteed a finishers' t-shirt. Unless the event is sold out, on-the-day entries are available at the registration desk. There are no refunds or deferments once an entry is submitted.
Participants must be 18 or older. Entry allows selection of male, female, or non-binary categories. Transgender runners may compete in the gender category with which they identify; as an independent race, there are no restrictive athletic rules noted.
Race services include electronic chip timing with online results, a single-item bag drop, a pre-race warm-up, on-course musical support including a bagpiper and a band, a prize ceremony, and a BSL interpreter on stage for briefings and awards. Finishers receive a t-shirt and post-race refreshments including water and banana. The event supports the charity Time for Inclusive Education through a bake sale and optional donations.
