Glasgow FrontRunners OUTrun 2026
OUTrun is a 5-mile race around Kelvingrove Park taking place on 22 August 2026. It is organised by Glasgow FrontRunners to promote health and wellbeing through running among LGBTQIA+ adults and allies. The event uses an officially measured, insured course.
Entry is for adults aged 18 and over. Entrants may register as male, female, or non-binary, and transgender runners may compete in the gender category with which they identify. Online entries close on 20 August 2026; entries made by 7 August 2026 are guaranteed a finishers t-shirt. On-the-day entries may be available unless the event is sold out. The published entry fee is £20. Total places are capped at 499 and there are no refunds or deferrals once an entry is submitted.
Race services include electronic chip timing with online results, a single-bag drop, a bagpiper to walk runners to the start, an on-course band, a prize ceremony, and a BSL interpreter on stage for briefings, warm-up and prize presentations. Finishers receive a t-shirt if entered by the t-shirt deadline. Post-race provisions include water, a banana, a coffee van and a charity bake sale. The event supports the charity Time for Inclusive Education with proceeds from the bake sale and optional donations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
