Glasgow FrontRunners - OUTrun 2026
OUTrun is a community road race organised by Glasgow FrontRunners that takes place in Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow (G12 8NR) on Saturday 22 August 2026. The event is a measured, insured five mile race around the park, with electronic chip timing and online results.
Registration is at the bandstand in Kelvingrove Park. Online entries are accepted up to 20 August 2026, and entering by 7 August guarantees a finisher T shirt. Unless sold out, on the day entries are available at the registration desk. The published entry fee is £20 and participants may add an optional charity donation.
The event is open to anyone aged 18 and over. Runners may enter the gender category with which they identify; the race is classed as competitive with a significant social and recreational purpose and awards non cash, token prizes in categories for men and people who identify as men, women and people who identify as women, and non binary runners. There are no refunds or deferrals once an entry is submitted.
Race facilities include a single bag drop, a pre race warm up led by a local performer, a bag piper to accompany runners to the start, on course music, post race refreshments including water and banana, a coffee van, and a charity bake sale. A BSL interpreter will be on stage for briefings, the warm up, and the prize ceremony. Total places listed are 499. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
