About the race
Run Sandringham 10K is a timed road and trail race held within the Sandringham Estate and on surrounding roads and trails. The route passes through private estate land and offers views of the Norfolk countryside. The event attracts a large field of runners and raises thousands of pounds for charitable causes.
The race distance is 10 km and the event uses chip timing. Entrants receive a finisher's goody bag and an exclusive medal; event photography is available to purchase. Entrants must be 16 years or over on the day. Entry fees are listed as £27.90 for affiliated runners and £29.90 for unaffiliated runners, subject to a small processing fee, and entries for 2027 are open.
The route is provisional and cannot be run in full outside the event because parts use private Sandringham land. The event is licensed via the Trail Running Association and is held under UK Athletics rules.
Event facilities include toilets on the route and at the visitor centre, a bag drop in the event village, parking within a short walk of the village with premium parking adjacent, and a nearby race registration area. The event village features music and live commentary, food and drink partners, a warm-up area, medal engraving, partner charities and massage services for runners before and after the race.
