The Run Sandringham 10K takes place within the Royal Estate in Norfolk, serving as a significant fixture in the East Anglian running calendar. Course Details
The route covers a distance of 10 km and consists of mixed terrain. Approximately 70% of the course is on roads closed to traffic or hard terrain, while the remaining 30% follows trails through and around the estate. The course is marshalled and signposted, and participants are required to keep to the left unless instructed otherwise. There is a strict time limit of two hours to complete the distance.

Participant Information
The event is open to runners aged 16 years or older on race day. For safety reasons, the use of in-ear headphones is prohibited, though bone-conducting headphones are permitted. There is one designated water station located approximately at the 5 km mark. The event cannot accommodate pets, wheelchairs, or prams.
All participants receive chip timing, a bespoke medal, and finish goodies. Trophies are awarded to the top three male and female finishers, as well as category winners.
