George Munday 10k
In its tenth running, the George Munday 10k takes place in Leverington on Remembrance Sunday and includes a moving pre race tribute followed by a two minute silence. A limited edition t shirt is being offered to entrants by preorder and can be collected on the day.
The course sets off from Leverington, follows fast, flat, quiet back roads toward Newton, then returns to finish at the Leverington Sports and Social Club. The route is on country roads and is described by organisers as suitable both for first time 10k runners and for those targeting a personal best in a relaxed club environment.
Parking at the venue is extremely limited and will be available on a first come first served basis; organisers encourage car sharing where possible. Entries are non refundable and cannot be deferred.
