George Munday 10k
The George Munday 10k takes place in Leverington on 8 November 2026 and marks its tenth running. The event includes a pre race tribute and a two minute silence in recognition of Remembrance Sunday.
The course sets out from the village of Leverington, follows fast, flat and quiet back roads toward the village of Newton, then returns to finish at the Leverington Sports and Social Club. The route is on country roads and is described as suitable for those aiming for a personal best as well as for someone attempting their first 10k in a relaxed club setting.
For the tenth running a limited edition commemorative t shirt is offered; it can be preordered with entry and collected on the day of the race. Parking at the venue is extremely limited and will be provided on a first come first served basis, so car sharing is encouraged.
Entries are non refundable and cannot be deferred. Transfers of entries to another runner are permitted until midnight on 06/11/2026.
