George Munday 10k
The George Munday 10 km takes place in the village of Leverington and follows fast, flat and quiet country roads toward Newton before returning to finish at the Leverington Sports and Social Club. The event includes a pre-race Remembrance Sunday tribute and a two minute silence.
This edition marks the tenth running and offers a limited edition commemorative t shirt that can be preordered with entry and collected on race day. Early bird entries for affiliated and unaffiliated categories are sold out; waiting list places for both categories remain available.
Parking at the venue is extremely limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Organisers recommend car sharing where possible. Entries are non refundable and cannot be deferred; transfers to another runner are permitted until midnight on 06/11/2026.
The race is held in a club environment on quiet country roads around Leverington and Newton. The course description and event arrangements apply equally to those targeting a personal best and to those taking on a first 10 km in a relaxed race setting.
