Run & Ride McGregor
Run & Ride McGregor is a two day gravel riding and trail running event held in McGregor, Western Cape, South Africa on 29 and 30 August 2026. The event includes both ride and run options across set routes and provides trail and nature reserve permits and fees as part of the entry.
Entries are offered as early bird and general options. Early bird prices are R990 for the long route and R890 for the short route. General entry prices are R1450 for the long route and R1350 for the short route. Early bird entries close on 7 June 2026 or after the first 100 entries, whichever comes first. Typical age range is 12 and up.
Event services and on course support include fully stocked waterpoints with items such as droewors, potatoes and banana bread, full medical assistance, and an event cap. Participants receive a free beer or soft drink after each day on ride days and a finishers medal. A race village with live entertainment is planned and food and coffee offerings will be available for purchase on both days.
