About the race

Run, Recline + Recreate with Liberty takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 3550 Wilson Blvd in Arlington, VA. The event offers a neighborhood fun run and walk of 5k (~3 mile) followed by an outdoor yoga session held next to the Reclining Liberty sculpture.

Festivities on site include a live DJ, coffee and treats from a vendor, retail vendors such as Urban Farmhouse, and hands-on art activities including custom buttons and make-your-own Reclining Liberty stationery. Participants may choose to do the run, attend the recline (yoga), or both. It is also possible to attend only the on-site festivities without taking part in the run or yoga.

A course map and route details are available through MapMyRun. Advance registrants are eligible to receive a custom cotton t shirt designed by the Reclining Liberty artist.
