Run of the Mill 5k 2026
The Run of the Mill 5k takes place on April 18, 2026, at Windmill Island Gardens, 1 Lincoln Ave, Holland, MI 49423. Proceeds support future programs and ongoing maintenance of Windmill Island Gardens. The 5k course circles the island, continues out to Window on the Waterfront, and returns to the island toward the finish.
Registration for the 5k is $30 and includes a finisher medal. A race t-shirt is included for participants who register before March 27, 2026; t-shirts are not guaranteed after that date. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs are not permitted during the 5k for safety reasons.
A new youth event, Mini Millers, is open to participants ages 10 and under. The Mini Millers run covers approximately 0.2 miles around Windmill Island Gardens main campus. Registration for Mini Millers is $15 and includes a race ribbon and a race t-shirt; t-shirts are not guaranteed after March 27, 2026. Registration for Mini Millers closes on April 17, 2026.
