Run Northumberland Wallington 10k - Wallington, Morpeth (29 July 2026)
Run Northumberland Wallington is a certified 10 km road race held at Wallington Courtyard near Morpeth. The course forms a loop that starts in the village of Cambo, about 1 km from Wallington Hall, and finishes beneath the Wallington Hall clocktower. The route runs on undulating rural roads with some challenging climbs and steady downhill sections. The race is traffic free, uses chip timing and has a minimum age of 15.
Entry is limited to 300 runners. Affiliated entries are priced at £22 and unaffiliated entries at £24. Entries close on 29 July 2026; on-the-day entries are available with an additional £3 late entry fee.
Race headquarters and registration are at Wallington Courtyard. Facilities listed for the event include bag drop, toilets, changing, parking and first aid. Distance markers are provided every kilometre and a water station is available at 5 km. Refreshments are available at the finish.
Finisher medals are awarded. Individual prizes are given to the first three men and women overall with trophies and vouchers for top places; age-group prizes are offered in 5-year bands from W35+ and M40+ where at least five runners compete in a band.
