Run Northumberland Wallington 10k 2026
The Run Northumberland Wallington 10k is scheduled for 15 July 2026 around Wallington near Morpeth. The race returns to the Wallington venue used for the organiser's first race in September 2010. The course is a certified 10K loop on road, described as undulating with some challenging hills and steady downhill sections. The route starts in the village of Cambo, about 1 km from Wallington Hall, and finishes under the clocktower of Wallington Hall.
The event is held on traffic free rural roads. Facilities at Race HQ in Wallington Courtyard include registration, bag drop, toilets, changing, parking and first aid. Distance markers are provided every kilometre and there is a water station at 5 km. Chip timing is used for results though official positions are based on gun time.
Entry is open with a limit of 300 places. Fees are listed as £22 for affiliated runners and £24 for unaffiliated runners, with entries closing on 16 July 2026. On-the-day entries may be available for an additional £3 late fee. Minimum entry age is 15. Prizes include a finisher medal, individual trophies and vouchers for the top three male and female finishers and age group awards in veteran categories, plus team prizes for UKA affiliated clubs.
