Logistics, services and extras
Race numbers with timing chips are sent 1-2 weeks before the event; last-minute or overseas entrants must collect numbers from the Town Moor information point. Waves are allocated by estimated time; runners may move to a slower wave by assembling with it, but cannot move to a faster wave. The event offers an official tracking app, event photos to view and purchase, a finisher medal, an exclusive finisher t-shirt (optional), and a finisher’s bag. There is a partnership with the Newcastle United Foundation and a charity wave in club colours open to all. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
