Project Graduation Run N Done 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run
The 2027 Project Graduation Team is hosting Run N Done on February 20, 2027 in Denham Springs, Louisiana. The event is based at Kidz Korner Playground, 979 Government Street, and the course runs along historic River Road in Denham Springs.
Distances offered:
- 1 Mile fun run
- 5K run/walk
Registration fees vary by date. Early windows listed in the event information include:
- 7/31 to 8/9: $15 for the 1 mile, $30 for the 5K
- 8/10 to 12/31: $20 for the 1 mile, $35 for the 5K
- 1/1 to 2/14: $25 for the 1 mile, $40 for the 5K
- 2/15 to 2/20: $25 for the 1 mile, $45 for the 5K
T-shirts will be awarded to participants who sign up by February 1. Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, February 19 at Abundant Life Church, 206 Edgewood Dr, Denham Springs, LA 70726.
Age group categories are specified separately for each distance. The 1 mile includes youth groups from 5 and under through 12-14. The 5K uses adult groups from 18 and under through 70 and over, with a provision to add an extra group if an entrant over 80 registers.
Awards are given to overall male and female finishers plus first and second male and female in each age group. Proceeds beyond administrative costs will be donated to the 2027 Denham Springs Project Graduation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
