Run Media City Relay Festival

The Run Media City Relay Festival takes place on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, at MediaCity UK in Salford. The event is an after-work social relay.

Teams of three participants run a 5k distance. There are separate team categories for mixed, women's, and men's teams. The entry fee is £100 per team.

The course consists of a single 2.5 km loop, which is run twice to complete the 5k distance. The loop starts and finishes in the centre of MediaCity. The route goes over a canal and passes the Imperial War Museum, ITV studios, and BBC television studios.
