Run Media City 10k

Run Media City 5k & 10k, organized by RunThrough UK, takes place at MediaCityUK in Salford. The event offers 5k and 10k distances, with optional T-shirt upgrade. Runners start and finish in the centre of Media City, completing a flat, fast course built around a 2.5km loop that crosses the canal and passes notable landmarks such as the Imperial War Museum and the ITV and BBC studios.

The route is run as laps (two laps for 5k, four for 10k) on surfaced paths and pavements inside the complex, with plenty of helpers to cheer you on; it is not a closed-road race.
