Run Henham 10km
The Run Henham event takes place at the picturesque Henham Park in Suffolk, near Southwold, showcasing the park's autumn scenery. It features three race distances: 10km, 5km, and 1km, all run on light trail terrain within the private park grounds. The 10km and 5km races are single-lap courses with age restrictions, while the 1km race is open to all ages.
Participants receive chip timing and a bespoke medal, with optional official race T-shirts available. The event offers free parking, toilets, and refreshments. Additionally, runners can support dementia initiatives through optional donations.
