Run Henham takes place on 15 November 2026 within the grounds of Henham Park in Suffolk, near Southwold. The event is held inside the private park that hosts Latitude Festival.

Race entry fees are listed as £26.00 plus booking fee for the 10 km and £10.00 plus booking fee for the 1 km. All entries include a bespoke race medal and the 10 km uses chip timing. Race numbers can be posted for an extra £2 or collected on the day. Official race T‑shirts are available as an add‑on for £15 in unisex sizes XS to XXXXL; size dimensions are provided by the organiser.
The 1 km is open to all ages. Entrants for the 10 km must be at least 15 years old. The course terrain is entirely light trail. On-site facilities include toilets, refreshments and free parking.
Charity entries require a minimum of £100 fundraising via an official page to qualify for an entry fee refund. By choosing a charity entry, participants consent to contact detail sharing with the selected charity. If the fundraising threshold is not met the entry will be removed and the participant cannot take part.
Running buggies are permitted with no liability accepted by the organiser. Dogs are allowed for spectators only and must be on a lead. There is an option to add a £5 donation to support dementia activity programmes.
If the race is postponed, entries will move to the new date or participants may transfer their place or complete the event virtually. If the race is cancelled and not rescheduled, entries will be deferred to next year or a refund can be requested before the organiser’s deadline.
