Run Henham takes place within the grounds of Henham Park in Suffolk, showcasing the park in autumn. The event offers short and mid-distance options set entirely on light trail terrain and includes on-site facilities.

Entry fees are listed as £26.00 plus booking fee for the 10 km and £10.00 plus booking fee for the 1 km. All entries include a bespoke race medal, and the 10 km includes chip timing. Race numbers can be posted for an extra £2 or collected on the day. An official race T-shirt is available as an add-on for £15, offered in unisex sizes XS to XXXXL and collectible at the event.
Charity entry options are available for selected partner charities with a minimum fundraising commitment of £100 via an official fundraising page; the entry fee is refunded once the target is met. By choosing a charity entry, contact details will be shared with the selected charity to support fundraising. If the fundraising minimum is not reached, the charity entry will be removed and the entrant cannot take part.
Facilities include toilets, refreshments and free parking. Running buggies are allowed but the organiser accepts no liability for incidents. Dogs are permitted for spectators only and must be kept on a lead. There is an option to donate an additional £5 to support dementia-related activity programmes.
If the event is postponed entries will be moved to the new date or may be transferred or completed virtually. In the event of cancellation entries may be deferred to next year or a refund may be offered before a deadline set in that circumstance.
