Run Henham - Exercising People in Communities
Run Henham is organised by EPIC Norfolk and takes place entirely within the private grounds of Henham Park, the venue known for Latitude Festival. The event is staged in Suffolk near Southwold and showcases the park in autumn.
There are two distances:
- 10 km - chip-timed, entrants must be at least 15 years old.
- 1 km - fun run, open to all ages.
Entry fees are stated as £26 plus a booking fee for the 10 km and £10 plus a booking fee for the 1 km. All entries include a bespoke race medal. Race numbers can be posted for an additional £1.20 or collected on race day. An official race T-shirt is available as an add-on for £15 in unisex sizes from XS to XXXL.
For the 10 km, a charity entry option is available. Charity entrants must raise at least £100 through an official fundraising page to receive a refund of the entry fee. By selecting a charity entry, entrants consent to EPIC Norfolk sharing their contact details with the chosen charity. If a charity entrant does not meet the minimum fundraising amount their entry will be removed and they will not be able to take part. Fundraising donations cannot be deferred to another event.
Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred. It is possible to transfer a place to another runner before the transfer deadline of two weeks before race day via the original entry account. Running buggies are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
