About the race
Run Henham takes place on the private grounds of Henham Park in Suffolk (near Southwold) and offers 10km, 5km, and 1km races. The courses are single-loop routes on light trail terrain, set against the park’s autumnal scenery. The event emphasizes accessible participation and a friendly atmosphere, with chip timing and a bespoke race medal included in all entries.
Extras include an optional race T-shirt. Facilities include toilets, free parking, and refreshments. Runners can post or pick up race numbers; there is a dementia-support donation option to EPIC Norfolk.
