Run Henham 10km

The Run Henham event takes place at the picturesque Henham Park in Suffolk, near Southwold, showcasing the park's autumn scenery. It features three race distances: 10km, 5km, and 1km, all run on light trail terrain within the private park grounds. The 10km and 5km races are single-lap courses with age restrictions, while the 1km race is open to all ages.

Participants receive chip timing and a bespoke medal, with optional official race T-shirts available. Facilities include toilets, free parking, and refreshments. The event also supports dementia awareness through optional donations to EPIC Norfolk.
