Event Overview
The Heaton Park running series takes place north of Manchester. This event utilizes the grounds of a large park which features a Grade 1 listed neoclassical 18th-century house. The race routes are designed to showcase the parkland setting and historical backdrop.
Participants can choose from several distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10k
- 5k
- Junior Race
The course features Kilometre markers identified with distance flags to help participants track their progress. Marshals are positioned along the route to provide guidance and assistance until the finish.
An event village is established for the day, offering various food and drink options. After the race, participants receive items from event partners at the finish line. There is an option to purchase an event t-shirt during the registration process, which features the event logo.
