Run for Your Life: 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Run & Trick or Treat Trot, Norman

The 5K entry is a timed race. The 1 Mile event is untimed. The Trick or Treat Trot is an open youth event hosted by Norman Parks and Recreation and is not a racing event. Entry fees listed by the organizer are $35 for the 5K, $25 for the 1 Mile, and no fee for the Trick or Treat Trot. Race entries include items such as a medal and a custom race bib; some entries include a timing tag or other event amenities and options for add on apparel.
Event features at the site include music, games, costume elements, finish line treats and awards or prizes for costume and race categories. The 5K will be adult themed and will include strobe lights and fog machines; it is not recommended for people with epilepsy, light sensitivities, certain health conditions, or for minors. Packet pickup is available before race day at Beanstalk Coffee & Sno at 3408 36th Ave NW and race day packet pickup is offered on site.
