Run For Your Life 5k - Holland
Run For Your Life 5k is an annual community fundraiser organized by the Holland Free Health Clinic in Holland, Michigan. The event includes a main 5K run or walk and a short children's run called Lil' Pumpkins. Proceeds support HFHC programs and services.

Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes. Prizes are listed for the first male and female finishers and for the most creative costume. The Lil' Pumpkins Run is a two block course; all registered children receive a participation medal. Children must check in at the registration table to receive a race bib, and parents are welcome to run alongside their child.
Registration information notes that sign-up opens in mid June and that prices change in October. A student rate offers $10 off with code RFYLSTUDENT2025. A Lil' Pumpkins registration fee is $5. Registering by Oct 9 guarantees a t-shirt, and standard registration prices increase to $40 on Oct 19.
Packet pick-up is available the day before the event and the morning of the event. Virtual packets will also be emailed. Additional fall themed activities for Lil' Pumpkins include pumpkin decorating, a scavenger hunt, donuts and cider, and a selfie station.
