Run for Water 5K Fundraiser
The Run for Water 5K Fundraiser is a community 5K run/walk held on August 22, 2026, at Campus Green Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio. The event is organized by Engineers Without Borders - University of Cincinnati to raise funds for the chapter's work on sustainable engineering projects.
All proceeds support international projects, travel, and educational opportunities for students focused on improving access to clean water, sanitation, and infrastructure. The event brings together students, faculty, alumni, and local supporters and is open to runners and walkers of all ages.
Participants receive a commemorative race T-shirt while supplies last, a race bib, and post-race refreshments. Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers and to top finishers in select age groups. The event is supported by local businesses and sponsors.
