Run For The Stripes
Run For The Stripes is the 15th annual event presented by TerSera and Curium. It takes place on November 7, 2026 at the Philadelphia Zoo in Philadelphia, PA. The event includes both an in-person option at the zoo and a virtual option.
Distances and formats include:
- 5k run, 3.1 miles
- 1 mile walk, adult
- 1 mile walk, 12 and under
- Virtual event, participant chooses distance and location
Registration opens January 30, 2026 and closes November 7, 2026. Published registration fees are $32 for the 5k and the adult 1 mile walk, $25 for the 1 mile walk for ages 12 and under, and $25 for the virtual event. Virtual participants can choose the location, distance, and time that suit them; virtual registrants receive a race t-shirt mailed before the event when registered in time.
Merchandise is available for purchase, including a new short sleeve t-shirt, hoodies, and youth sizes. Youth hoodies and long sleeve t-shirts are offered online only. Orders placed by October 1 are guaranteed to arrive before November 7; merchandise may also be purchased on the day of the event.
Proceeds from the event support awareness and research for neuroendocrine (NET) cancers, a rare cancer type, with funds directed to NET research. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
