Run for the Kids Challenge 2027
Run for the Kids Challenge is a three race series that adds to a total distance of 15K across three separate 5K events. The series includes the Tooth Trot 5K on January 23 2027, the Brevard PALS 5K Run/Walk for Autism Awareness on February 20 2027, and the Brianna Marie Foundation 5K on February 27 2027. The January 23 event takes place at 2500 Parkway Dr., Melbourne, FL 32935.
The series offers both in person and virtual 5K registration options. Registration opens on July 11 2026 and closes on January 23 2027. Registration fees are $80 for adult entries and $65 for child entries for both in person and virtual options. To guarantee a race shirt size, registrations must be completed by December 31 2026; after that date shirt quantities may be limited.
All proceeds will benefit three Brevard County based organizations that provide funding, resources, and other assistance for children and their families. Series registrants receive a finisher medal and the series awards 1st through 3rd place combined times for female and male categories. Virtual registrants will be mailed the series finisher medal and race shirts at the end of February. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
