About the race
Run for the Kids Challenge 2027 is a three-race series in Brevard County that totals 15K across three separate 5K events. The series takes place in the Brevard area and includes the following races and dates: Tooth Trot 5K on January 23, 2027; Brevard PALS 5K Run/Walk for Autism Awareness on February 20, 2027; and Brianna Marie Foundation 5K on February 27, 2027. Proceeds from the series will benefit three Brevard-based organizations that provide funding, resources, and assistance for children and their families. Series registrants receive a finisher medal; special awards are given for combined three-race times (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) in female and male categories. Both in-person and virtual entry options are offered.
Virtual participants receive the series finisher medal and all race shirts by the end of February. Registration for individual races opens on July 15, 2026 and closes on January 23, 2027. Registration fees listed for individual entries are $80.00 for adults and $65.00 for children.
To guarantee a race shirt size, registration must be completed by December 31, 2026; after that date shirt quantities may be limited and shirts may not be available. The in-person venue listed for the series includes Melbourne, FL. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
