Run for Respect : 2026
Run for Respect takes place on Sunday 8 February 2026 at IKON Park, Royal Parade, Carlton North, Victoria, Australia. The event raises funds and awareness for Carlton Respects, promoting gender equality and the prevention of violence against women. Distances offered are:
- 400 m (Junior Dash, ages 8 and under)
- 3 km (Walk/Run)
- 5 km (Run)
- 10 km (Run)
Registration includes tiered pricing with early bird rates available through 25 November and higher general rates thereafter. The event lists a fundraising goal for the Carlton Respects campaign and shows funds raised to date.
Event logistics
Race pack collection and bib collection are available only at Gate 6, IKON Park, 400 Royal Parade, Carlton North, on Wednesday 4 February, Thursday 5 February and Friday 6 February from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. A bag drop is located at Gate 6 with free clothing storage during the event; participants are advised not to leave valuables as the organizers cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. Public toilets are located at the Event Village at IKON Park and at various locations around Princes Park and will be signed on the day.
