Run for Respect - Carlton North

Run for Respect is a community fun run held at IKON Park and around Princes Park in Carlton. The event supports the Carlton Football Club’s Carlton Respects initiative, which focuses on awareness and education to help stop violence before it starts.

Distances offered:

• 400 m Junior Dash
• 3 km
• 5 km
• 10 km

Junior categories for the dash include under 4, 4–5 years, and 6–8 years. Participants can register individually or as part of a team, and an under 18 discount applies at checkout. The event includes an event village with experiences and activities before or after the runs. Fundraising is integral to the event: participants can raise money and top fundraisers receive prizes, including a signed team guernsey for the top individual and a brunch for the top fundraising team.

The Carlton Respects program comprises the Road to Respect school program, a Workplace Charter, and awareness campaigns across AFL and AFLW.
