Event Overview
The 4th Annual Run for Reading 5k is a community localized sports event held in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The event features multiple participation options located at Deshong Park. The 5k Run/Walk follows a route consisting of two loops around the park grounds. In addition to the main race, there is a dedicated Kids Run for younger participants.

The event takes place at 2859 N Deshong Rd. Following the athletic portion of the day, a Spring Festival serves as the official race after-party. All individuals registered for the running events receive free entry to the festival.
