Run for Palestine - Saskatoon 2026

Run for Palestine - Saskatoon is the third annual charity run and walk held in Saskatoon in 2026. The event is centered at Rotary Park and features two participation options.

The course follows the South Saskatchewan River from Rotary Park to University Bridge, continues to Victoria Bridge through downtown, and returns to Rotary Park. Distances available:

  • 5K run
  • 2K walk

Organizers partner with Islamic Relief Canada. Funds raised support the Eye Cataract Surgery Project at the Specialized Eye Hospital in Northern Gaza and Phase 2 of a broader humanitarian response in Gaza. Support is intended to provide cataract surgeries and specialized eye care, emergency food and health services, sponsorship for orphans, and basic essentials such as clean water, healthcare, shelter, and psychosocial support.

Reporting from project activity shows results from Phase 1, including 9,782 beneficiaries reached, 13,478 medical consultations, more than 122,562 clinical services delivered, and 1,136 ophthalmic surgeries completed including 359 cataract surgeries. Phase 2 reported more than 519 ophthalmic surgeries in its first two months across multiple specialties.

Online registration includes a 2026 RFP jersey. Ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
