Run for Newmarket is a fundraising event organized by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association Newmarket to support local charities and healthcare foundations. The event takes place in Fairy Lake Park, Newmarket, with proceeds benefiting the Southlake Foundation, CHATS, and the York Region Food Network.

Participants can take part in several different distances:

• 1 km Fun Walk: a community walk open to all family members including children and seniors.
• 3 km Run: a distance designed for those looking to build confidence in running.
• 5 km Run: a course intended for running enthusiasts.

The event is held in person and focuses on community service and humanitarian support. Historically, the initiative has involved local volunteers and various corporate sponsors from the region. Registration is available online, allowing participants to run, jog, or walk. A digital photo booth is also featured at the venue for attendees to capture moments from the day.
