Run For Liberty, Cary NC
Run For Liberty takes place on June 27, 2026, at 201 Soccer Park Drive in Cary, North Carolina. Proceeds from the event go to the Amputee Coalition, a national organization that provides resources, outreach, and community connections for people with limb loss and limb difference.

Registration fees and deadlines are tiered. The 5K is $35 through June 20 and $40 starting June 21. The 1 Mile Fun Run is $15 through June 20 and $20 starting June 21. Both amputee divisions are free. Regular registration for most events closes June 20; amputee divisions remain open through June 27. A free t-shirt is included for registrations completed by June 10; shirts are guaranteed for registrations by that date.
Awards are listed by overall and age-group placements: Top 3 Overall Men; Top 3 Overall Women; Top 3 Male and Top Female per age group: 0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Course description: a cross-country route that starts in an open field on a sandy path, mostly through shaded woods with some open sunny sections. The course has two loops and five turns, and volunteers will be positioned to direct participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
