The event takes place at Confluence Plaza, St. Patrick's Island, 12 Street Northeast, Calgary. Multiple distances are offered along with a recreational run; listed options include:

Proceeds support L'Arche Calgary and its mission Create a World Where Everyone Belongs. Finisher rewards vary by distance: 5K, 10K and half marathon participants receive a high-quality finisher medal, a Brooks performance running shirt, and a complimentary coffee or tea with a pastry; 1K and 3K participants receive a classic cotton event tee, a finisher medal, and a complimentary coffee or tea with a pastry. Award ceremonies recognize first, second and third place finishers for each distance.
Race timing for all participants except the 1K is recorded and shared after completion; Startline Timing is listed as the timing partner. The organiser permits distance changes before event day without penalty. Family discounts apply for the 5K, 3K and 1K for families with children under 18.
