Event overview
The Run For Kids' Sake 5K takes place on October 25, 2025, at John A. Antoline Memorial Park in Monaca, PA. The event is organized by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Beaver County. Distances offered include:
- 0.5 mile Monster Mash Mad Dash for age 10 and under
- 5K run/walk (timed)
Strollers and leashed pets are allowed. Medals will be awarded to the top three 5K finishers in each age group. Packet pickup will be available at check-in on race day.
Registration, fees and purpose
Pre-registration fees are $30 for adults 18+ and $15 for under 18. Day-of registration fees are $40 for adults 18+ and $25 for under 18. The Monster Mash Mad Dash is free for children age 10 and under; fun run participants will not receive an event shirt. Registration ends October 24, 2025, and registering by October 3 qualifies a registrant to receive an event shirt.
Proceeds from the event support general Big Brothers Big Sisters operations, including volunteer recruitment, training, match support, programming, and outreach.
