Run for Jude 5k

The event takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in Clarksville, Maryland, at River Hill High School. There are two event options: a 5k run and a virtual 5k.

This event honors the memory of Jude Jawhar, who passed away at age 18 after a four-year battle with Osteosarcoma. Jude had hoped to become a nurse to help other children.

One hundred percent of registration fees and donations go to the Jude Jawhar Foundation. The foundation supports two initiatives: pediatric oncology research at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Jude Jawhar Scholarship for General Nursing at Towson University.
