Run For Hope
Run For Hope is a charity running event on October 3, 2026, held along the Woodlands Waterway at Town Green Park in Spring, Texas. The event raises funds for children and teens in the foster care system who have experienced abandonment, abuse, or neglect.
Participants can choose among timed races and a casual fun run. Race categories include the following distances and registration fees:
- 10K timed race, registration $60
- 5K timed race, registration $50
- 1 mile fun run (ages 13 and up), registration $40
- 1 mile fun run (ages 12 and under), registration $20
General registration for the main races opens June 5, 2026 and closes September 28, 2026. Registration for the 1 mile race for participants 12 and under opens August 26, 2026 and closes September 28, 2026.
Awards include medals for the overall male and female winners of the 5K and 10K, and medals for top finishers in specified age groups. The event also features a light breakfast, children’s entertainment, and partner booths presenting information on child abuse awareness, fostering, and adoption.
