Run for Hope takes place on June 6, 2026, in San Marco at 1201 Kings Avenue on the Southbank Riverwalk in Jacksonville, Florida. The event offers both a timed race and a community fun run.

The event supports the Villages of Hope, an organization that provides sanctuary, healing, and restoration for women seeking a life free from sexual exploitation and substance abuse. Event and fundraising proceeds are designated to support a two-year rent-free program with wraparound services.
Race features include shirts for registrants, medals for finishers, overall and age-group awards, and a course that runs along the Southbank Riverwalk. There are post-race activities and an awards ceremony for finishers and age-group winners.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, a master male and female winner, and across age groups including youth and senior categories (10 and under through 80 and over).
Packet pickup is available at two local 1st Place Sports stores, located at 3931 Baymeadows Road in Mandarin and 2018 San Marco Blvd in San Marco Square, as well as at the race site on race day.
