Event Overview
The sixth annual Run For Her Life takes place on April 25, 2026, in Newton, Iowa. Organized by the Phoenix Phase Initiative, an Iowa-based non-profit organization, this event serves to support women who have transitioned out of sexual trafficking. Course and Experience
The in-person routes are held on an open course through Newton. Local police and volunteers are stationed at major intersections to direct traffic and assist with safety. The event atmosphere includes live music and a food truck. Participants in the in-person events receive one beer from Gezellig Brewing Company or a craft soda.
Registration Details
An event shirt is provided to all participants. Those who register by April 6, 2026, are guaranteed to have their shirt available on the day of the event. For registrations occurring after this date, shirts are manufactured after the race and distributed at a later time. The event also facilitates community involvement through volunteer opportunities and a fundraising goal to support the non-profit's mission.
