Event Overview
The 8th Annual Run For Her takes place in Billings, Montana, at Norm Schoenthal Island. This event focuses on raising awareness and supporting women survivors of human trafficking. The race benefits the HER Campaign, an organization that provides survivors with residential programs, therapeutic support, and resources designed to facilitate healing and economic independence.
Course and Participation
The physical race route utilizes the trails of Norm Schoenthal Island, located on the south side of Billings along the Yellowstone River. Participants can choose between running and walking categories. The event is open to families, and organizers permit dogs on leashes as well as strollers.

- 10K (6.4 miles)
Virtual Options and Logistics
For those unable to attend the event in Billings, virtual versions of both the 5K and 10K are available. Virtual participants may complete their distance at any location, including on a treadmill or outdoors. Those choosing the virtual option have the opportunity to submit their times by the end of the race day to compare results with other remote runners.
