Run for Freedom at Freedom Hills Ministries in Sugarcreek, Ohio is a weekend of trail running events held on the ministry grounds at 5510 Township Road 419. The event program includes multiple race distances on September 25, 2026, with packet pick-up the afternoon before the races at the Freedom Hills location. The event is managed by Mid Ohio Race Management.

Published entry fees for September 25, 2026 are: 10K $65 regular with a $60 early rate; 5K $45 regular with a $40 early rate; Kid's Run $25 regular with a $20 early rate. All registrations are non-refundable. Bibs are not transferable. Runners must pick up race packets and bibs at the assigned packet-pickup times to receive shirts, medals, and other race items; organizers do not mail items after the race.
Shirts are unisex and size change requests are accepted only until August 15, 2026. The event will provide food and drinks on site and there will be a campfire and spectator areas.
A separate endurance event called the Ultimate Challenger takes place the next day, consisting of a 5K started each hour for 12 hours, a sponsorship requirement expressed as $15 per mile, staged prizes, and a meal served after the final 5K. In the endurance event a runner who fails to finish any hourly 5K will time out and will no longer be officially timed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
