Run for Caumsett 5K Run/Walk

Run for Caumsett is a 5K run and walk held at Caumsett State Park in Lloyd Harbor, NY. Park fees are free for all entrants.

Participants receive event SWAG from JAG Physical Therapy and premium prizes for race winners. The event features post race awards, special refreshments, sponsor tables, and a snacks and nutrition table sponsored by 8Well. Results and photos are available online, including live results, free video, and same day finish line photos.

Awards include monetary prizes from Runner's Edge for the top three men and top three women overall: $100 for first place, $75 for second, and $50 for third. Winners are also recognized in age groups: 12 and under; 13 to 15; 16 to 18; 19 to 24; 25 to 34; 35 to 44; 45 to 54; 55 to 64; 65 to 74; and 75 and older. The fastest team receives online recognition with a photo; teams must be coed and have a minimum of three members to score.

Early bib pickup is available at JAG Physical Therapy, 52 Wall Street in Huntington Village. Onsite bib pickup is available at Caumsett State Park. Registration is not yet open. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
