Run for Caumsett 5K Run/Walk
The event is a 5K run/walk held in May at Caumsett State Park, 25 Lloyd Harbor Road, Lloyd Harbor, NY 11743. Park fees will be free for all entrants. Registration is not yet open; a notification option is offered for when registration opens.
Amenities include SWAG gear from JAG Physical Therapy, premium race winner prizes, post-race awards and special refreshments, sponsor tables, and a snacks and nutrition table sponsored by 8Well. Live online, email, and text results will be available, along with free video and same-day finish line photos. Miscellaneous event photos are posted on the event organizer's social channels.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers with prize amounts of $100 for first, $75 for second, and $50 for third, and winners are recognized in standard age groups: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-18, 19-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65-74, and 75+. The fastest coed team receives online recognition with a photo; teams must have at least three members to score.
Bib pickup options include early pickup at JAG Physical Therapy in Huntington Village the day before the event and onsite pickup at Caumsett State Park on race day.
