Coventry 10K - Run For All
The Coventry 10K is a city centre road race that follows part of the half marathon route. The course runs along Moseley Avenue and Holyhead Road before turning back for the final 3K to the finish at Cox Street by Coventry Cathedral. The distance is 10 km.
The event runs alongside the Coventry Half Marathon on the same day and draws large numbers of runners and spectators. There are many cheer points along the route, fixed water stations offering 330 ml bottles, and recycling bins at each water point. First aid is available at fixed stations near water stations, plus a first aid unit, a recovery unit near the start and finish, and roaming first aiders.
Entries must be aged 15 or over on the day. Included with entry are a finisher medal, chip timing, and a goody bag, with an optional finisher t-shirt available. Pacers with finish time flags will be on course. Race numbers are collection only and using another person’s race number will lead to disqualification.
Event Village facilities include food and drink for purchase, partner charities, and complimentary post-race massage from Coventry University. Baggage storage will be in the Coventry University student hub and bags must use the labelled tag from the race number. Cycle parking and public transport links are available near the start.
