Event overview
The Coventry 10K is a city-centre road race with a start line on Gosford Street and a finish at Coventry Cathedral. The course passes the Wave Waterpark and Moseley Avenue Park. Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day. Race numbers are collection only.
Race details and services
Entries include chip timing, a finisher's goody bag and an exclusive medal, with an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt. Water stations will supply 330 ml bottles; recycling bins are provided on course at each water station. Pacers, sponsored by Arla Protein, will run with flags showing target finish times. Medical personnel will be available at regular intervals on the course, with fixed first aid stations near water stops and a first aid unit and recovery area close to the start and finish. Baggage can be left in a designated Baggage Store using the tear-off strip from the race number.
Event village, media and sustainability
An Event Village will offer food and drink for purchase and host partner charities. Coventry University will provide complimentary post-race massages in the Event Village. MarathonPhotos will take photographs on course; photos are available to purchase. The event provides trainer drop-off stations for donation and asks participants to use bins and recycling points to help keep the course tidy.
