Coventry 10K
The Coventry 10K is a road running event that takes place on the same day as the Coventry Half Marathon. The route leads participants through historic city center streets, passing local landmarks such as the Wave Waterpark and Moseley Avenue Park. The course features a finish line located at the Coventry Cathedral.
The event includes the following distances:
- 10 km
Participants must be at least 15 years old on the day of the event to enter. The race utilizes chip timing to record official results. Along the course, water stations provide 330ml bottles of water, and fixed medical stations are positioned at regular intervals. Friendly pacers are available to assist runners in reaching specific goal times.
An event village is established to provide pre- and post-run services. Facilities include a designated baggage store and a recovery area near the finish line. Members of Coventry University provide complimentary massages for participants after the race.
Each finisher receives a goody bag and a bespoke medal. There is an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt or purchase medal engraving services. Race numbers for this event are available via collection only. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
