Event overview
The Coventry 10K takes place on Sunday 19 April 2026 in Coventry city centre. The course starts on Gosford Street, runs through historic city centre streets past the Wave Waterpark and Moseley Avenue Park, and finishes at Coventry Cathedral. The race is held on the same day as the Coventry Half Marathon. Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day.
On the day information
Race services include chip timing, race numbers collected on the day, a finisher's goody bag and an exclusive medal, with an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt. An Event Village will offer food and drink vendors, partner charities, and a recovery area; Coventry University will provide complimentary post-race massage. Baggage can be left in a designated Baggage Store using the tear-off strip from the race number. Water stations on course will supply 330 ml bottles and have recycling bins nearby. There will be pacers on course sponsored by Arla Protein, fixed first aid stations near water stations, a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish, and roaming first aiders. Bone-conducting headphones are permitted if volume is kept low. Photographs will be taken by MarathonPhotos and will be available to purchase.
