Event overview
The Coventry 10K is scheduled for Sunday 19 April 2026 in Coventry city centre. The course starts on Gosford Street, passes the Wave Waterpark and Moseley Avenue Park, and finishes at Coventry Cathedral. Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day. The event runs alongside the Coventry Half Marathon.
Race details and on-the-day services
Distance: 10K. The race uses chip timing. Race numbers are collection only. Entrants receive a finisher's goody bag and an exclusive medal, with an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt. Baggage can be left in the designated Baggage Store; participants are asked to attach the tear-off strip from their race number to their bag. Clothing left at the start is collected for donation unless placed in the baggage store.
There will be water stations on course supplying 330ml bottles and recycling bins at each water station. Pacers with finish-time flags, sponsored by Arla Protein, will be on the course. First aid stations are located near water stations, with a first aid unit and recovery area near the start and finish and roaming first aiders in the Event Village. Toilets are provided around the stadium. Coventry University will offer complimentary post-race massages in the Event Village. Official race photography will be available and results will be published on the event website. Sustainability measures include recycling bins and a JogOn trainer drop-off next to the Race Office.
