Run For A Vet - Branson, MO
The Run For A Vet takes place on June 6, 2026, in Branson, Missouri, and is sponsored by the Branson Veterans of America 913. The event raises funds to support veterans and their families through assistance programs, patriotic education, public ceremonies, and partnerships with local agencies.
Location: Dewey Short Visitors Center, 4500 State Hwy 165, Branson, MO 65616.

The course uses the Dewey Short Visitors Center, Lakeshore Trail and State Park Marina, on an asphalt-surfaced trail. The layout is an out-and-back route with views of Table Rock Lake. The 5K is one loop of approximately 3.1 miles; the half marathon is described as three loops of about 4.36 miles each.
Packet pickup is held the Friday before the race in the evening, and race day registration is offered the morning of the event. To receive the race t-shirt, registrants must register by May 25, 2026. All participants receive a finisher’s medal.
Awards: trophies for overall male and female and overall masters (40 and above); age-group awards for both sexes in the listed categories 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
All race proceeds go to the local Branson BVA 913 chapter. Payments are final; no refunds are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
